French Classics at Palm Court Brasserie

Our French Classics menu offers a dedicated selection of much-loved French classics based on traditional recipes of rural France and Paris’s most sought-after Brasseries. Fresh and authentic ingredients are used to create our quintessentially French dishes including starters of French Onion Soup, Moules Marinières and Frites, hearty Coq au Vin, Bouillabaisse of seafood and rich Toulouse Cassoulet.

Moules Marinières

Enjoy a pot of fresh mussels cooked in white wine, garlic, parsley & cream with a glass of white wine and crusty bread for dipping.

Beef Bourguignon

A comforting mix of bacon lardons, button mushrooms, baby onions served with mashed potatoes and perfect with red wine from Burgundy.

Toulouse Cassoulet

A tasty and rich, slow-cooked cannellini bean stew with Toulouse sausages, duck confit & bacon lardons from the famous ‘Pink City’.

A classic French soup from Southern France made with a selection of fresh hake, gurnard, salmon, sea bass, tuna and tiger prawns.
